Hi Jack...fellow curmudgeon. Being a curmudgeon is genetic passed down on the father's side, and it's an honor to carry the torch. Maybe we should start a club and have monthly meetings...then gripe about having to attend the stupid meeting? HA! Jim

Thank you. That was the first pronghorn that I had ever seen in the wild, so to get this photo holds special meaning to me. Have a nice life, Jim

Hey, a fellow C7 owner! My intrigue now with Yellowstone is that the entire S'eastern part of the park is practically untouched with roads or hiking paths from what I understand. You can only imagine what exists in that area. One of the best things about going there is we avoided watching any news for 3 days! No politics, crime, etc...it's a perfect place to escape. Jim

Much of the area you mention was ravaged by fire in 1988. I found nothing of interest in 2015. B/C of scientific experimentation limited cell-phone service is available during certain hrs. There is more info available concerning the fire than what is happening there now. C7 is possibly the best investment ever! By far the best drive, and 30mpg!

My wife and I were in Yellowstone NP a couple of weeks ago. Geysers aside, the park delivered unforgettable things that are near impossible to truly capture. We also spent one day in Grand Teton Park, but alas, neither park delivered a bear, moose, or wolf sighting. My photography is mostly travel/nature and motorsports, and my equip centers on a Nikon D7200 with a Tamron 18-400mm as my go-to convenient travel lens. This trip I broke in a Nikon Coolpix P950 for a bit more reach. I hope at least one or two of these photos are reasonable and I don't embarrass myself too much. Thanks! Jim M
