I use a Mac and I found by clicking the DropBox logo on the top of the computer that it brought the same page up that you displayed, I was able to put a friend of mine in my group and send her an invitation to view the photos and it worked. In order for her to look at the photos, she had to open a free DropBox account. Which will turn into a pay for account if they let it run over the free period. I know how the system works now, but I am not sure that it salves the problem as I don't think many of the parents will want to open an account free or not. I thank you so much for helping me out👍

There is another way to share photos that’s free. With a Mac you can set up a shared photos album in the photos app. Just load the photos into a new shared album, include the contacts you want to share with and they will get a notification that they can join in on. Unfortunately this will only work for other Mac/iPhone/iPad users.

Based on what? What are these "limited sharing options"????
I've uploaded pictures to One Drive and sent links to people a bunch of times with no problems with them viewing or downloading.

I've no idea what the viewers use for an OS, but the files are viewed via a browser and downloadable.
They had no problem getting them. No one told me they couldn't see or download.

The "net" said that... Someone's opinion where they didn't explain why?

Believe me, I am willing to try anything at this point, thank you for your input.I will try it.

I really like using WeTransfer,
flawless and fast and they don't steal your pictures like dropbox.

Is that documented or hearsay.

That's always the way, isn't it? Very frustrating. You will find that "Share" icon somewhere, though.

I tried uploading stills and videos to DropBox a couple of days ago, and it was taking forever. I switched to Google Photos, and they all went through in less than a minute. I put a group of pictures into an album, and then I get a link to send to people.

You can do this differently and not require your entire email list to agree to access Dropbox.
Import your game photos into Apple's Photos. Create and organize them into Shared Albums as you wish.
When you are ready to 'share', upload the pics to the Shared Album. Then click on the 'People' icon and add the emails for everyone you wish to share. NOTE: Only those with Apple accounts will be able to view this when "Invited'. So notice that I have checked.....'Public Website'. You can copy this link and send it through regular email for everyone to view..if they wish. This will likely be your best bet. You can create the Email Group for your team and just enter it once each time to populate your Send To addresses. Also notice that I unchecked 'Subscribers can Post'. I don't want anyone uploading to my Shared Albums.

My question is how can the parents get into my file and view and download the photos.

Read the instructions on the website.

The video said nothing about stealing images.
He had an account access problem.
Turnips and kumquats.....
Did you assume images were "stolen"?
Or is that your interpretation of not being able to get to them.

Call it whatever you want, He was shut out of his account forever and has no ability in any way to retrieve them, if you read down you will find many with the same problem shut out forever with no recourse, I did not say that they took his pictures and sold them and he did not either, he and others lost access to their photos and they cant get them back, and do not respond. they are gone.

Smudgey,
Do you have anything to add/respond/ask based on some suggestions in this thread?

If THAT'S the ONLY place they were stored.
The originals should be on his computer, in which they would not be "lost". He only lost access to the cloud copy.
I would NEVER put my only copy of ANYTHING in the cloud.
