I have been shooting sports all my life, and am now retired. My grandson is one of the coaches of a kids football team. Naturally I have become team photographer. I want to share the pictures with all of the parents, so I opened a trial DropBox account. I managed to get the first game photo file onto my account. My question is how can the parents get into my file and view and download the photos.

If it's similar to One Drive, there should be something to click on/pull down to "share" (provide a link).
One Drive provides a link to folders or a set of photos.
(On One Drive, one should UNcheck the right for viewers to modify them.)
See what's on the menus.

Open the file and in the top right hand corner of the screen you will see three dots (see screenshot). Click on those and the file commands open up for sharing etc…
Just click on share and the options will appear.

But those same 3 dots are in the header. Try clicking on it.

Different OS?
Probably. His appears to be a windows version and my OS is Apple. It could also be the difference between a paid and free version.

I've seen sites look different in the same browser on Win 7 and 11 boxes.

It’s been so long since I worked in the Microsoft environment that I really can’t remember what it’s like. I don’t miss it.

It looks like you're using a Macintosh computer. If yes, right-click on a folder or image file and "share".

I use a Mac and I found by clicking the DropBox logo on the top of the computer that it brought the same page up that you displayed, I was able to put a friend of mine in my group and send her an invitation to view the photos and it worked. In order for her to look at the photos, she had to open a free DropBox account. Which will turn into a pay for account if they let it run over the free period. I know how the system works now, but I am not sure that it salves the problem as I don't think many of the parents will want to open an account free or not. I thank you so much for helping me out👍

Ahhh. I don't believe One Drive requires a "signup" in order to view the supplied link to files.
I thought they had a free account limited to 2GB.

I checked out one drive and the net said this
What is a disadvantage of using OneDrive?
The disadvantages of OneDrive are limited sharing options, limited file management and desktop synchronise settings. Limited Sharing Options: OneDrive's sharing options are limited compared to other cloud storage services, making it difficult to share files with non-Microsoft users.

Based on what? What are these "limited sharing options"????
I've uploaded pictures to One Drive and sent links to people a bunch of times with no problems with them viewing or downloading.
I've no idea what the viewers use for an OS, but the files are viewed via a browser and downloadable.
They had no problem getting them. No one told me they couldn't see or download.
The "net" said that... Someone's opinion where they didn't explain why?
