Took a detour off the Hwy. to find relocate this old, one lane, truss bridge and the large Osprey/Eagle nest. Spent many fun days with our kids fishing and camping along this river...lots of fond memories.

Very nice series Jederick! Including the couple fishing was a nice touch.

Thanks Dave, and I will let you know about those dates. They currently look doubtful as my AMD has taken a small turn for the worse. Getting shots in my right (dominant) eye and hope to alleviate some of the damage and constrain the progress. Will be a few more months before I know how the treatment is progressing. Focusing through the viewfinder is hit and miss as the cloud is in the center and large. My left eye has "dry" AMD and the prescription has changed for it...just got new glasses delivered today so will see how it works out.

Best wishes and we'll hope for the best. Your focusing efforts look good to me!

We missed last year with my lumbar fusion, so we're pretty charged up. Hitting Bunsen this time. Still got a fair amount of construction going on in Lamar. They're moving the road over in Lamar Canyon before it drops into Lamar Valley, I think in the area of the Osprey nest. Warm Springs was pretty messed up too. Hoping for access to the Yell Picnic Area Trail, love to hike the ridge out to Bannock Ford. I guess Wrecker is an equipment parking area. Anyway, we're ready and hope to catch you!

Many thanks, Bill...good to see you stopped by! That couple looked like me fishing this river in the late '70s and 80's!!

Thank you, Ken. Once had a black bear cross the river about 50 yards in front of me as I was casting lures...blamed him for putting the fish down!!

You were likely lost and driving in circles to begin with!

Your co-pilot was napping.

Actually, you were probably the co-pilot, so I take it all back!

Have you been talking to my wife again??

I just happen to know who the captain of the ship is! You're in the chain of command right after Coco!

Visited some friends at their new property and had to cross this bridge. My truck and truck camper are 13.5 ft high. Made it across and back with no problems. But couldn’t make it to their place as I needed to go under I-90 to reach them. The overpass there was 9ft. Just another little adventure! Great shots!
