Apparently, they had "wised up" by '64 when I was at Lackland. Probably had some heat stroke losses. They wouldn't let us do anything outdoors when it was very hot. Only indoor classes.
It's not hot in Dallas/ Ft. Worth yet. It's just preheating.
Weather for Cast: Hot, hot, and hotter. I remember in West Texas during the summer, I saw horses frozen, it was so hot in the fields of Corn that it started popping like Pop Corn and horses froze to death thinking it was snow. Now that's hot.
