I’ve had no joy from it yet. I’ve tried but I get an error message each time. I wind up doing it manually or using Topaz.

It's on Camera Raw too under detail. Takes about 10-20 seconds on my computer and the results are really good. When it has finished it creates a new file that is easy to find.

Just a guess...but you might be trying to denoise a .jpg. That will give you an error message.
Raw only.

I might mention too that in the upper left hand corner it tells you how much time is left to finish the process.
Or actually, it presents a bar that shows how much is done and how much is left. When it is finished it tells you the time taken.
