I was not there so I really don't know and no one else in the general public does. The information came from Cohan's testimony under oath in 2019. He said the first check for 35,000 came from President Trumps personal checking account and was signed by him. The subsequent 11 checks came from President Trumps trust account and was signed by two other officials. The total amount was 420,000 dollars and 130,000 was repayment for Daniels 120,000 was for legal services and data, 60,000 was a gratuity for services and the remainder was for various things (he did not specify what.) If the money came from a trust account it was not a business account.

Oh one more thing, the indictment is still secret, I do not know what he was indicted for and no one in the general public does either. It may be for business checks and it may not be. We will know next week.

The difference is Clinton was proven guilty but Trump has a letter signed by Miss Daniels saying it's a lie.

A lot of people use business accounts for personal use. It's not a crime. It only becomes a crime when you improperly report it on your income tax.
