Most credible Historians would disagree with you ..... certainly Truman was a better President than Reagan ....... as was FDR .....

Well, I guess it all comes down to one's values and principles, I remember my parents joking about the WPA, they called it We Poke Along, bottomline in my opinion FDR did little other than to extend the depression as in my opinion Obama extended the 2008 recession, it was WWII and the devastation of Europe that pulled the US out of the depression.

The same Harry Truman who did not run for reelection because his polling was too low because of corruption within his administration. Not so sure that I would agree you on Truman or which historians are or are not credible.
