Set up some high speed equipment and capture the "splat and shatter" when you drop the egg ??? Then, clean up the mess. Has to be an egg? Scramble it, zoom blur a forkful headed into a mouth ?? put a pinhole in each end of the shell and carefully blow the contents out of one hole shooting the contents as it drips from the oozing egg?? (Well, Gary, you did expect some crazy ideas from me, right?) I'd check images on the internet for some ideas - I just now, in "images" googled "egg splatter" and there were some cool ideas.

Sue, eggs are not that pricey here here in North Idaho; $3+ a dozen, and they were getting a bit old. I would invest a lot more money if I entered the pic for competition.

Thanks - they are! I basically let the kids do their thing with a bit of direction from me and a lot of their mom doing bunny ears behind me while I'm shooting!
