Just looked at a real estate site. One house had its toes in the water. Two bedroom/1.5 bath, 1500 sq ft. $4.9 million.
Little too rich for me. I lived in MA for much of my life and when a hurricane hits, you pray it floats. Too scary for this old coot.

Great set! When you can buy them, they sell for a ridiculous amount of money. You are probably looking at north of 2-3MM. I have a home there. Absolutely out of site. Wall Street Journal article this year pegged Nantucket as the most expensive real estate in the country.
