These were taken a few years ago. What do you think that little house on stilts would sell for? A million...or two?

Great set of images!!
I wouldn't give you fifteen cents for if I had to keep it and live in it, But it is beautiful11
Nice set.
Location, location, location.
I love the water, but I wouldn't live on it unless it floated.
Great set, very well seen and shot.
No. 3 would be hanging on my wall if it was mine.

I like the second image best. I tend to art captures. I would not want to live in it either. Do you own the "land" (under it)? Do you get mineral rights? I live near the Pacific Ocean near Pismo Beach. I am about a mile from the sea. Here in some locations the property is worth more than the building. Also being right at the water can be dangerous in a storm or extreme high tide. Currently we have portions of Hwy 1 that have fallen into the ocean from our unusually high rain fall. Anyway, your title made me thinks of the music album Nantucket Sleigh Ride by the band Mountain. Yes, I'm that old or young depending on your own age.
Very nice selections and an excellent share!
Love the shots - think I want one of the cottages.
Only useful as as a second, third, or fourth house for the wealthy.
