The problem with telling an American joke is the tendency to use the hyphenated Americans.

Only way to find out if Indians have a sense of humor. Otherwise, most of us hail from around where you are only a few or less generations ago.

One of the problems in America is that people can't take jokes about themselves. The snowflakes need a safe space. Comedians get cancelled and in some cases have their careers ruined for what is a joke about a forbidden person, group, or nationality. I think all of us should be able to laugh at ourselves, especially if we are the brunt of the joke. Bring it on , my friend, and I will join you in laughing at myself and my fellow "ugly Americans."

News flash Graham...We Americans DO posess a "funybone". Sadly, there are many that do not have this critical part of their anatomy. But that is not your problem, nor many others. It is THEIR problem. Let us contine to enjoy your humorous posts, please.
