Not a chance for me. The cardio not a problem but the height and that incline u would be sick. Up is easier but coming down would be treacherous for me

Each step on Jacobās Ladder is about 30cm (11 inches) in high, which is slightly higher that a normal steps on house stairs. And with an incline of between 39 ā 41 degrees, your legs will get a good workout.

The average height of each step works out to an average of about 10 inches. Not for those with acrophobia or heart conditions.

Thatās what we call a ā38 specialā. That means that if someone were pointing a 38-special at my head, I might consider the climb! But probably not!
