Agree - it is good exercise though at 699-steps. Known as Jacob's Ladder, it’s 925 feet (282 meters) long, scaling a cliff face that's 600 feet (183 meters) tall.
Lets see Rocky run up these? Hell, I couldn't even get up them with the assistance of a block & tackle.

No. Napoleon died in ‘21 and the stairs were started in ‘28 and completed in ‘29.
