I started up my little Netbook last night, and I saw that it is running Win7. I bought that just short of ten years ago. It's not fast, but it small and light, and it has a 320GB hard drive. I'm not going to try to update. I'm sure it doesn't qualify for Win10.

I don't think there is very many of us Windows 7 users left. Just like my friends, they just keep falling away.

I keep using Windows 7 on an older Dell Laptop because it came with Free Cell and subsequent versions do not. If anyone can tell me how to download a good copy of that game close to the original version please let me know.

Have you checked the Microsoft Store? I don't know if this is the original, but MS is selling it. This one happens to be free.

You would be surprised how many business's still use it. I still have 3 running here at home because of software I still use and one of them has my Flight Simulator with over 100 different aircraft, and I do have a new desktop with windows 10 that I built 2 or 3 years ago but I don't use it very much, oh and a laptop with Windows 10. I still have my Wife's desktop with a dual boot system with windows xp and windows 7 because I don't want to get of it just because She passed away. It has all her files, pictures, and music on it, and it still works fine. I'll try to get some of my scenery and aircraft from my Simulator together and post them tomorrow. Bet you are excited.

I the plant I work for there are 5 machines that still have Windows 7 with 2 machines with Windows 7 Embeded. 8 machines running Windows 95 and 2 machines running DOS. The software doesn't wear out so the only reason to replace them is when the hardware worn out and replacement hardware can't run the old OS and software.
