Ordering trouble with B&H

Forum threads are like email. Don’t assume the reader gets beyond the first couple sentences or lines before sharing his/her expert opinion.

It has been about a month but, last time I ordered it went fine. Call them & place the order. That is how I did it up until about a year ago.

You didn't read this last sentence from the OP problem?

"I have to ask B&H for e-mail replies as I have significant hearing loss and cannot use the phone."

Note Although I did an initial contact by phone to discuss various adapters, all other contacts were purely through email. Note as people have mentioned, timing is important. There were delays when my contact was past standard business times or days on the east coast. I have had some problem with computer chats not being responded to with other companies but it turned out to be timing issues or internet issues on my part. Check and make sure your contacts are actually sent and not somehow lost in cyberspace.
