Is anyone else having trouble placing orders with B&H? For nearly a week I have been trying to enter a couple of orders with B&H but each and every time when I get to the "View Cart" screen, that image, an outline of a box, just rolls over and over endlessly and nothing else ever comes up. I have sent B&H three messages asking for their help in resolving this problem but they have done nothing whatsoever to help except to send useless boiler plate replies that solved nothing. I don't know if the problem lies with my computer or with B&H. During this period I placed two orders for lenses with another firm and both orders went through as smoothly as silk, no hitches at all. I have never had the least trouble in ordering from B&H in the past. If anyone else has had or is having this same problem with ordering from B&H and has had the problem resolved I would appreciate hearing from you. I have to ask B&H for e-mail replies as I have significant hearing loss and cannot use the phone.

No my wife ordered something with no problems and didn't even ask for expedited delivery yet it was on the front porch the next day.

The search chain went B&H - used hoya 67mm UV filter for sale -filters displayed. The first two I tried to buy are no longer listed so they must have been sold. There is a third one on there now, a NXT that would be fine. Its B&H # is 2632381. In the box that says add to cart it now displays "View Cart" and if I click on it, I get the same result as earlier and nothing comes up at all. Also, I forgot to add that when I try to view the cart, nothing at all happens, nothing comes up. As an experiment, I tried to add two other, non-related items and got the same result, nothing at all appeared in the "Cart" box and I was unable to enter any order.

Send pm to Henryp here in the forum. He is the B&H guy who monitors many on line photo sites and is THE GUY here to cure any BH issues. He always replies and always solves any problems with his store.
Btw - BH is closed weekly due to strict Sabbath observance from midday Friday through all of Saturday. Henryp will respond to you on Sunday when the store reopens for biz Sunday through mid day Friday.
