A lot of trails along the river are closed due to flooding. The city of trees is now city of fallen trees. Fallen trees had us without power for three days.

There were 300,000 people without power in Sacramento at one point. I have a friend who at this very minute is helping clean up the many downed trees, and it's a mess.
