Stereo Photos can be seen in depth by posting them this way. This is the best way to present them as it retains the correct colors. The glasses required for viewing side-by-sides are a little more expensive than anaglyph glasses though.

Very nice portrait. I used the built-in windows (browser?) zoom to reduce the image to the point I could view them in parallel without glasses.

A little concentration looking PAST them and pouf, a 3-d image appears in the center.
(≈30% and I have to get close.)
As I said in my post..."only my opinion". You just gave yours. Have a nice day.
Sorry I S..t in your cornflakes. We ALL are entitled to our opinion. Mine is I find more and more 3D postings annoying...just like some posters on this site...some people need to lighten up and not be so confrontational...probably won't post any comments on here ever again...what's the point of riling people up? Have a nice life...

...well, since you won't be posting any more, this info might be useless, but in case you *do* post again please use the "Quote Reply" button so we know to whom you're responding. Fair enough?

I think the original post has gotten a bit off tract. In the first comment Mr. Ardensmith stated he found 3D photos annoying. I responded "I Agree". I agree that they are a bit annoying. Please note I did not say they shouldn't be posted or they were bad or did I criticize the actual photo. I find it many instances that the 3D photos are excellent. My problem is the conversions are awful without glasses. However I still view them. Most times I would like to see the photo before the conversion to judge the photo as it was taken, not as it was manipulated.Unfortunately it is rarely posted. Too many people here and in the world read things into opinions which are not really there. So all you 3D posters out there post away. For the rest of you just enjoy the great photos on here and get your head out of the attic.
Well, there are things here in which I have no interest.
But I don't feel the need to tell people about them,
I just don't view them...
and go to the next post.

I am able to view this one at 50%. Viewing this one you feel like you could reach out and touch the side of her face. Viewing a flat image is not the same.

There are some great photographers on here and some rather poor photographers on here. Both types enjoy taking and posting their photos here for others to see. I don't care for the poor-quality images, especially when some members say how great they are. Either they can't tell the difference, or they are just being a bit too nice to the photographer.
Whether I am bothered or not by such things, I, like most on here, don't say a word and just pass them by. Those that get annoyed by images on here have a simple choice, just click past them, if you happen to stumble upon an offending (to you) image, or don't even click on the type of image title that may offend you, it's that simple.
But don't waste your time and ours by posting what you don't like, or find offensive, because for most of us, we just don't care what flips your switch. And complaining about it on here will not help your situation, because those who post 3D and/or B&W images will still continue to do so, and they have every right to.
I hope anyone who posts here will not feel badly if someone does not like what they may have posted, be it 3D, B&W, Birds, Landscapes, Clouds etc.

Very interesting. I had to sit way back, maybe about 4 ft from my 15 inch laptop until the image suddenly popped into the sort of 3D effect. Then I found that if I slowly move back to my normal distance from the screen, I was able to retain that single image of 3D effect all the way up to quite close to the screen. Thanks also to the OP for posting that double image of the girl in brown, that was great.

I find the whole idea of criticizing what members should or should not post objectionable. I’m not sure how the posters of 3D images or B&W images are going to feel going forward after reading these comments. I think that if it were me, I would have a reluctance to share my work given that some number of hoggers are annoyed with the images that are posted. Furthermore, I don’t understand why the viewer doesn’t skip the post if 3D or B&W is so annoying. You have the choice to either view a post or skip the post. There is no arm twisting.

Your second sentence taps into my fervent hope. I would not mind B&W at all if it had a warning or its own section.
I still work, so my time with UHH can be limited.
