CVS, Big Discount sale before sale ends Saturday. Good quality and packaging. Nice Acrylic Panels, too.

Come on guys a drug store, Costco, Sams club is NOT the place for serious photo printing. There are quite a few REAL photoprinters that can do a professional job.

A Pro photographer told me about Vivid Metal Prints. They are the originators of metal prints and that is their only product. Most of their business has been to professional photographers but recently they have started selling to anyone. I have purchased over 20 of their prints ranging in size from 12x18 to 36x54. I've been 110% satisfied.
Take the photo with the most colors and send it into them. Get a proof for a small fee. As others have suggested, if there will be a reflection, use matte. They are easy to work with and if they don't think they can make an outstanding print, they will let you know.

I had not heard of Vivid Metal Prints prior to my inquiry. I really like their website and looks like the quality is up there as well!!
Thank you!

I do put Costco ahead of the other places. Before I started printing my own competition prints and when Costco had in-store printing I would go there because they had ICC profiles to soft proof my work and they kept them up-to-date. Now they were chemical process prints, so the colors weren’t as good as inkjet, but nice prints. As for metal, those are done by Fujifilm and the 16x20 I had done for Mother’s Day turned out very nice. Now I don’t know the money situation, but the OP is looking to get 8 20x30 metal prints. At Costco it’ll be about $800. Most of these other places will be $2000+. Now if the money is “built in” then shoot for the moon. Otherwise, Costco will deliver a nice print.

I prefer Blazing Editions in RI. High quality. Not cheap. Look them up. Best of luck.

I have used Bay and was very pleased with their work. I did metal prints (matte finish) on foam board and am very happy. Finished prints were packaged very well for shipping and their prices were very competitive. I do not know if they have the 20 X 30 size, but they are worth checking out. You can also call them to ask questions or get advice particular to your print needs.

I don't have Costco so I looked at Sams Club. I don't see that they have any mounting for the back.

I'm not sure it matters being near Costco, I remember a few years ago I may have ordered from them and was not a member. I'm older now and I don't remember for sure but it's worth checking out.

I read this post when I was considering a metal print of a landscape taken recently. I had been using Photography.com for my metal prints. Motivated by this chat, I ordered a 16x20 from Costco. I was totally pleased with the product and paid considerably less.

A worthwhile chat. Thanks.
