There is another ranch hand who was sent to work at a different ranch in Texas and I think he is Jimmy.

We decided to watch a few episodes of “Yellowstone” on Peacock to see what it is all about. What I suspected after episode two (the first year) and confirmed after episode three is that it’s nothing more than a nighttime soap opera. The setting is different and the scenery is pretty, but the plot line is pretty much just like the afternoon “General Hospital” that my wife used to watch. It’s back to a good book for me.
Yes, and there are so many of them. If someone likes them, that fine. It's just not my personal taste.
I've been watching YouTube, and I'm amazed at how many YouTubers seem to be pushing for some kind of supernatural/alien assistance building the pyramids. It's very easy to throw out ideas and ask questions based on nothing at all.

I can't believe it is so popular! It really is nasty. And there are so many people that moved to MT because of watching that show and seeing the scenery....hoping we get some nasty winters to see how many move back out...lol
And to think the ranch is in Utah as I understand.
It’s more like Dallas to me, but the Dallas actors were more interesting, especially J.R. Larry Hagman was just so good as J.R. His smile at the end made my day.
The Wife and I love it. It is even better with a glas of our Favorit red Wine.
What I don't understand is why the three shows weren't shown from 1883, 1929, and then Yellowstone. They are all about the evolution of the Dutton family.
My favorite show on TV, and Beth is my favorite on the show.
Like most of you, I tried watching a couple of episodes and was bored to death. BTW, it's no Ted Lasso.

Perhaps Costner should find some more wolves to dance with.
Costner is the lead singer of his band called Modern West and is quite good.
To me Yellowstone had beautiful scenery (I think it is shot in western Wyoming near Utah) and a family that had it's own brand of vigilantly justice. I was hooked. It has now gone further away from the ranch, the language is much worse and their mission has moved away from the old west ethics. Writers need to be careful, or they will lose more viewers. Kevin is a fantastic actor and I like his ranch foreman. Beth is being too much of a bitch. This may be it for me.

And? Is that supposed to lend some credibility or enjoyment to the series?

Since you are such a critic, write a better series! See if you can produce the number 1 show on television--oh wait, that's what Yellowstone is.

So that means no other opinions are valid? LOL!

No ... it's just to let you know that Costner has other talents as well. I think they call that "Diversity of Talents"
