There is probably not a lot that can be done to ease the fact that sometimes, when the reader of your replies is not advanced enough to comprehend sufficiently your well-stated remarks, the usefulness of your input could come at a later time for that particular reader, rather than right away, at the first time reading through your post.
Who knows, though? Maybe I'm the only one who regularly finds that in reading through some of the topics and posts in the UHH, it is clear I still do not know enough yet to know how much I don't know.

Thanks. I think we all like to know when our input is appreciated. BTW your approach is the best. It's the people who never ask or never admit to not knowing that never learn. As far as usefulness of input is concerned, I think it's a good idea to stay mindful of the fact that most watchers don't post on the threads that they read, but that doesn't mean that they aren't learning from what they read.
