Thank you so much for your very kind words Jules...
Coming from a master of the craft they mean so very much to me...

And yes a rising tide lifts all boats... happy to share...
Glad you enjoyed the kit info, setup and illumination details...
That said it was this young ladies' enthusiasm and perseverance that yielded this image.
Melanie deserves all the credit here... I just setup the lighting and pressed the shutter at the zenith of her arc...

All the best on your photographic journey Jules...

The evidence is in the picture that the model wasn't upside down...

In the download I now see the centrifugal movement in the fine strands of hair now.

However Melanie deserves all the credit here.
She's the one who actually brought this narrative to life.

Again your kind words are truly appreciated.

If you look at the those fine strands of hair they follow circumferences of circles, putting her head/neck at the centre of rotation (ie, she was not on a turntable, as some folks thought). Also, the description of the lighting setup speaks to her orientation wrt gravity.

No we're not. I said I saw that when I looked closer at her hair. She flicked her hair back.

This was your original comment, everything else followed on from that...
