Maybe the two of you could work something out! It wouldn't hurt my feelings. But I don't photoshop, so you will have to leave me out of it!

nope. I don't touch other people's photos. But I don't mind encouraging them to commit the sin on their own.
(and that glossy Ibis needs no props, it's an award-winning shot as-is)

Well, thank you very much again, Fred.

So, you are one of those enablers that I've heard so much about...Hmmm?

Trust me, I've been called worse (and with words of fewer syllables )

Q: Why did the alligator cross the road?
A: Because it wanted to eat you.

(That's a joke, y'know. Everybody knows alligators don't want to eat you. They only want to roll around in the grass --or in the swamp, if there's a swamp handy-- with you.)

Churchill said dealing with the Russians was like looking at an alligator. It was impossible to tell if it was smiling at you or getting ready to eat you for lunch.

Excellent, Chief. The Ibis series is really great. I have several images of herons with snakes but I have never seen an Ibis eat one.

Another really nice day in the swamp, Weather wise and photo wise!
First time for us with an Ibis and a snake.
The glossy Ibis showing up in big numbers now.
American Bittern. Never seen one out in the open like this.
Lots of Ducks now too.
And the BIG Boy!

Excellent set Chief.

I wonder if that snake wiggles around inside the bird's stomach for a couple of minutes

I like the ibis series. Obviously, bigger birds need to eat bigger worms.
