The crook-in-chief was booted out in the 2020 election.

CEO vs worker pay -

A study of 300 top US companies released by the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) on Tuesday found the average gap between CEO and median worker pay jumped to 670-to-1 (meaning the average CEO received $670 in compensation for every $1 the worker received). The ratio was up from 604-to-1 in 2020. Forty-nine firms had ratios above 1,000-to-1.

So, $15/hr for the worker becomes $10,050/hr for the CEO. For that other forty-nine firms, CEOs would be getting (not earning) $15,000/hr.

And... CEOs, in general, are not held accountable for business's failure to grow.

Most unions are mafia and crime family run. Why pay dues to crooks?

In a comparison of wages, I might make 35 to 40 dollars an hour in a non union shop, or 61 dollars in a union shop, plus retirement, and medical/dental insurance. Which would you choose?

If I were a little younger they would be very good. At 72 they probably aren't too good. My chief engineer makes over $70 an hour. If my boss is having a bad day, I'm protected. If I'm breaking rules, and the boss isn't too lazy to do the paper work, I can easily be gotten rid of, but that's how it should be.

I was a manager within IBM... non-union. Once an employee got to 10 years, I had a very hard time getting them raises. If you were rated a 2 (1-5), you might get a raise... beyond that, you had to wait until next year.

New hires, with no experience, came in making MORE than those who had over 5 years experience.

Great motivators... don't you think?
