Two Luminar Neo Questions

I like to crop "freestyle," but I have to select that for every image I crop. Is there a way to leave it set at "Free"?

When I export, I like to make the image 1500px on the long side. Can I save that, rather than having to enter it every time?

I would send the questions to Skylum they have a forum that answers those questions. I would be curious to know the answers myself

With this link, are you implying it is next to impossible to find an answer to a question? I really dislike this user ‘forum’ approach to Support! So much to wade through. By the way, I have those same questions. Can you lock those options on old Luminar 4? I have not tackled Neo yet…

I haven't tried, yet. From past experience, user forums aren't always helpful. I'll be out for most of the day. I'll try later.

EDIT: I don't see a place to ask a question, but there are lots of questions and answers about cropping. I don't plan to read through all of them.

Going through fifty images, I don't like having to change the image size and aspect ratio on each one.

Thanks. No rush. I just haven’t taken the time to figure it out either.

I have been using Neo and it is really slow on my Mac Studio compared to ai and 4. And their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Been having problems and emailing back and forth for weeks. I bought the plug in they offer that was supposed to come with Neo when I preordered and renewed my membership only to see that they want more money for the tutorials and videos on how to use the software. I feel like it’s a scam.

NEO is also slow on my high end PC. I’ve reverted back to Luminar AI which performs well.

You need to right click on each word that is underlined in red and correct the spelling.

I'm trying the portrait background replacement now, and it's been analyzing for several minutes. This is not practical.

Jerry,
I copied your 2 questions into the forum and got an answer: I'm afraid there's no such option now, but I will pass your suggestion on to the team.

I use Neo all the time and have no slowdowns on it. Background changes on Portrait and others just takes a couple of seconds. You can watch the ai check the picture for content, a series of line drawings bouncing around, but only for a second or two.

Take from this what you will, but it sounds like some aren't aware of the situation?
