There is no victim. Last night Ohio's Attorney General went on TV and made it clear that there is no case. The doctor who claims it happened that led to the story is lying. How do we know that? Because it is a crime in Ohio to see a victim of sexual assault and not turn it in to law enforcement. And no one turned anything in to law enforcement. So, either she is lying to the press or she is lying to the authorities.

The whole thing is a sham. It never happened. Can't traumatize someone who doesn't exist. How blind can you be to the truth.

I'm concerned about your mental health when you choose to believe a story that no one is willing to verify. There are just too many red flags about the whole story. Several have tried to verify this story but to no avail. No, I would not expect a press conference and I would not expect the victim's name to be made public. I saw someone yesterday report on seeing two young immigrant girls ages 5 and 6 lying on the ground after being raped by Mexican coyotes and being attended to by border agents. How cruel, evil and sick is that and this is happening because of Biden's border policy. Those on the Left had such a supposedly heartfelt concern for the immigrant children under Trump's watch.

1. If a doctor treats a victim of sexual abuse or for that matter anything else, the patient is covered under HIPPA and neither the doctor nor any of his staff or any healthcare worker can reveal anything about the patient without their written permission. This includes disclosing to the governor, so obviously the governor is unaware of the law.
2. Thus, you cannot prove that this child doesn't exist, nor can I prove she does. However, the fact that you all are prepared to gang up on a 10-year-old child says legions about your morality and ethics.
I hope you never find yourself in the position of one of her parents, but if you do, you'll be happy to know that no one can disclose her condition, and then you will see the value of HIPPA.

I am not and will never gang up on a ten year old child. I love children and it breaks my heart when I see any child abused in any way. If this story is true my heart goes out to that child and I hope her abuser pays dearly. What does it say about you by accusing us of being child hating monsters simply for wanting to know the truth? Does your heart go out to those very young immigrant girls who are being brutally raped because of the open border Biden policy? What is happening at the border is totally preventable but the Democrats can't be bothered with thinking about all the suffering and abuse when achieving their goal of bringing in as many future Democrat voters as possible to hold total and absolute power.

You have NO idea how the HIPPA law works with children. If you bring a child for medical care and a Dr. suspects that the child has been abused or neglected in any capacity, the Dr. is required by law to report the abuse or neglect to law enforcement. That is one of the methods of protecting children from abuse.

That includes teachers and day care providers are required to report child abuse.

Maybe you should try watching some nonpolitical news and pay attention.

Before you start insulting people by calling them ignorant you should check your own ignorance!!! The fact that you think that you can rape a 10-year-old without it being reported says something about your morality!! It makes me wonder if you have experience with child rape that makes you think that you or anybody else can get by with such a horrible disgusting crime.

This has nothing to do with HIPPA as law enforcement has stated publicly that there they have not been given any information to investigate. No investigation means that the event did not happen.

The whole damn thing is a lie, by law doctors are required to report the sexual abuse of minors yet there is no record of any such report, the doctor who brought the story to the media is an abortion activist and now refuses to answer the questions put forward by the press. She sure was not quiet when it came to provocating her lie. Even worse under current Ohio law an abortion would have been legal. The adverse medical threat to a 10 year old of carrying a baby to term would have been enough to satisfy the medical protection of the mother.
