I've seen 105 at midnight in Lake Havasu City Arizona, however with 6% humidity.

Yup. That’s AZ got ya’. At night it doesn’t get cool; it only gets dark. Please don’t go fishing for the “dry heat” comments it’s 117 here today and 105 at night is still freaking hot. Keep the faith, man we’re half way to Christmas.

Interesting comments. My buddy in western Colorado asks me why I would want to live somewhere that has tornadoes. I told him that I’ve only had two go across my farm in the last 15 years and the next one isn’t due for another 5 years.

Several years ago I was in Phoenix in mid September. It would be over 100 during the day but cooled down nicely at night. I never broke a sweat, but I would have a big salt stain where I leaned against my bike’s backrest, so I was perspiring. I also liked the way the baby scorpions glow under a black light.

In the winter in Florida it may be 45 at night but with the humidity, the cold cuts right through you when on a motorcycle.

I’ve been all over the country on my motorcycle and everywhere has really nice weather at times and really lousy weather at other times. The one common thing everywhere is the we like to complain about the weather.

My grass is all brown and crunchy, no water. We are on water restrictions.

I just read about people in Las Vegas having to get rid of their decorative grasses due to water restrictions. Wow!

Floridas heat and humidity is miserable. It seems to last forever during the extra long summer. I hate it and every year I bitch and complain I’m leaving. I think this year is the year. The problem is winter rolls around and while all you northerners are bitching and complaining about the cold and snow I’m enjoying my days at the beach.

It's happening every where! If not the ambient temp in the 90's it is the heat indices with the humidity nearing 110+/-. I like your sitting area.
