Could this T-Bird be a hardtop convertible? Look how the top rests on the top of the windshield. Is there a gap between the top and the windshield.

If I recall, the hard top was removable. And I think the car had a non-detachable cloth top that could be used in the event of rain when the hardtop was in your garage.

You are correct, Stan, all 57' T-birds were convertibles with removable tops and non-removable soft tops.
