Granddaughters

In March my wife and I flew from So. CA to Pittsburgh to celebrate the March birthdays of my two granddaughters, Giovanna (Gio) 14 going on 27 and her sister, Giselle, 5. I took these photos near their birthday on a dinner outing.

OMG!!! You have no idea about the mischief. Her older sister has always been an A student, quiet as a mouse and helpful around the house since the day she was born. Giselle is a nice young lady, does not do anything bad but she has never known the word, quiet. She is in preschool now and is looking forward to kindergarten next year but was always dancing, singing etc. when still home. Definitely a mama's girl. I think she will turn out as smart as her older sister though. Both go to Catholic schools so hopefully will do well academically.

Gosh no. Gio used to love her picture taken but as she got older that seemed to go away. Giselle at 5 still doesn't mind her photo being taken. Thank you for your comment. I sure appreciate it.

There are few pleasures in life, that match grandkids.
Beautiful!! I'm lucky - mine live just minutes from us. It's why we moved back from NC. Being with family is imperative.
