Hollywood is in a shambles! The ultimate OSCARS structured to display the eminence of blacks, was shattered by Will Smith’s human instinct to honor and protect his wife. The BLM movement has been diluted by the black on black crime, but this will be seen as a black instinct for brutality by one of black’s finest; destroying the very fabric of this opportunity.

The fact that they are both black never entered my mind. I think they owe each other an apology. Hollywood celebritys are known to poke fun at each other at such events but why at their spouse? Chris should apologize for that and Will should apologize for the over-reaction. My thoughts only. I'm okay if others see things differentlly.

The photo may not win a prize for technicality but it certainly shows a lot pf pride by the young lady. Your explanation makes the photo even more important and interesting to me.

Why not? I remember a time when strangers actually talked with each other. I've been known to strike up a conversation with someone I don't know.

What I like about this image is that the young lady seems completely comfortable and at ease with you. Everything else could be perfect, but if she then wore a plastered on smile, the resulting image would not have been nearly as good as this one.

I too enjoy talking with strangers. You don't really know each other and they haven't yet figured out what they don't like about you. 😊

Quite right, avoiding the problem concerning the largest perpetrators of criminal behavior against the black community are members of the black community. There seems to be an avoidance regarding that.

It just seems odd to me that this young girl…she looks like like around 13 to me, it’s hard to tell…would ask you to take her picture during a protest. And contrary to your comment, strangers actually do talk to each other. It’s not as unusual as you may think, I do it all the time…often to my wife’s chagrin. But a conversation is different from a photograph. I talk with people all the time and I’ve asked some if I could take a photo of them offering to send it to them. I can’t remember anyone asking me to take their picture without sending it to them unless it was a group of little kids or adolescent girls who just like to be in front of a camera. No right or wrong here, of course. I just found it odd.
