Too dramatic? If a photo of a raptor makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside it's probably not working as intended. No such problem here

Not too dramatic. If I might suggest flip the sky so the sun rays are coming down directly on the bird.

Beautifully done. A majestic bird needs a majestic background.
I know most won't agree, but to me, the heavy clouds sort of hide the bird. If the bird is the focal point, then leaving it against a plain sky would be better IMHO.
