Great start Judy!
Sorry I've been MIA - daughter in hospital (27wks pregnant) with bp issues so it's been a very crazy week and a half! All seems to be under control with one more test tomorrow! Fingers crossed!!
The place that inspires me is Assateague Island - the wild horses and other wild life along with the beautiful landscape really is inspiring. We've recently purchased an OSV pass that allows us to drive on the beach. It's a 12 mile stretch to the VA state line and along the way there are off roads that take you to the bay side of the island as well and walking trails with abandoned homes and hunting lodges, even a grave. I haven't made it to all the trails yet, but I'm working on it.
Me doing my thing!

Two stallions not liking each other proximity to their respective bands. This is why you're supposed to stay 40 feet away!

I like your use of the window feeder - makes for great close-ups! Do you have much trouble with birds getting over excited and banging into the window?
No, the birds do not appear to get overly exicited, but our cat gets very excited as there is a window seat just directly below the window feeder and our cat sits there in wait for the birds to arrive at the feeder. when the birds are feeding at the window feeder, our cat bats them away with her paw by batting at the window glass. That does not seem to overly stress the bird as they fly away to return again in a few moments .

No, no problems with the birds getting overly excited. However our cat loves to sit at the window and paws the window glass when the birds are feeding! She bats the birds away and as she paws at the glass the birds fly away to return again in a few moments!
