They are at Wako and Green Cay also ......they are spreading north !

Yeah, a couple going at it and some wienie egging them on from the safety of the sidelines! That's not how it works when you're in the Navy! I remember one time in the China Fleet Club in Hong Kong...

Yeah, they are quite a bit bigger than Gallinules with longer legs. Did you notice the nightmare looking feet? Those things could be coming out of a movie screen at you looking like a Japanese Monster!
From a distance that's an easy way to tell them from Gallinules who have bright yellow feet.
