But please keep repeating yourself, I have nothing better to do than entertain forum trolls today.

I don't care what you do or waste your time about----keep it to yourself. I am just stating the facts and if you have such a small mind as to not see that---I have said that MYPAL browser works even though UHH has changed scripting. And the moderator won't comment on their private methods of presenting UHH--rather they shifted the topic to non-photo as though it was none of the members' business. Maybe someone might ask then if UHH sells user data since they seem not to address the re-scripting? I am not saying they do---but when it is hush-hush about scripting---who knows what UHH does with your identities?--------

Right click on the webpage and "View Source". The code is there for you to see, the rest of your post is random conjecture.

Got that now? You figure out what to call it or why. They changed the platform presentation without changing the appearance. I have to transfer the email link addresses to MYPAL if I want to see in line photos or place icons. I now simply use ++++ rather than the thumbs up icons which do not appear after the change to UHH. Whether it is a new version of Flash or what --is your problem, not mine. I just state the factual outcome and put it out for someone's response---which it seems has not happened?-------

They aren't using Flash on this website. In fact, Adobe stopped support for Flash December 31, 2020.

Assuming you are using Windows XP (MYPAL is an XP browser), most other browser companies stopped supporting XP back around 2018 (Firefox, June 2018). The browsers you are having issues with are not compatible with the most up-to-date coding standards. In this instance, "It's you, not them".

Are you also weak brained? I said all that. I said that most have the last Flash or other scripting capabilities updated in their browsers. I use 32 bit programs and have no trouble with my computer. And a large part of the world still uses XP-Pro-SP3 as it was the first good thing to come out of Bill Gates. If Bill Gates stopped supporting my browser in order to sell software to you on UHH---so be it. There is a site called "XP--forever" which is what I say, also. Same with cameras. Spend your money and it is not my concern. The fact remains there has been a change in the site software for UHH a little over a week ago. Do I have to repeat that another time---gosh, you are showing your age? Take a nap and have a good day.------

So if your browser supported the script, you wouldn't have noticed?

I have a couple of old DOS programs that no longer work.
Maybe they should update the software.

Several of us have tried to tell him, it's his browser needing updated, it is not the hog, but he will not listen.

Just a valid question (to which you may answer yes or no) and a statement of some software I still have that I wish still worked.

Perception.

I've been called worse. But I'm actually pretty versed in computers and network security. It's sort of my job.

That is absolutely not what you said, but it's ok, we can keep digressing, it's fun.

And that "large" part of the world is highly susceptible to all sorts of malware and intrusions. But hey, you keep that honeypot open so they don't scan my networks.[/quote]

We actually use XP in a very controlled environment to teach security planners how easy it is to compromise a host to give them awareness that even they (not keyboard folks) can "be a hacker" on outdated systems.

Bill Gates hasn't been involved in the direction of Microsoft for many many years.

So now you are talking about software? I thought we were talking about website code (not scripting)? As far as I know even if they updated Apache (their web server software), it doesn't change the code (php, css, html) that displays the website on your browser.

So as I wrap this post up, all the problems revolve around you and your out of date web browsers, which is solely on you to update to supported operating systems to stay current.

I know Frank, but he just keeps holding his line and using bad terminology. This is more of a game now than informational I guess

No thanks, running Win 7 is old enough for me.
However, I do have Word & Excel 2003 and Quicken 2007 on two systems.
Word and Excel will get upgraded when the Win 7 boxes die as Office 360 doesn't run on 7.
As for Quicken 2007, if it will not work on Win 10/11, I'll need to cross that bridge when I come to it.

And Winsock FTP (Win 95), I love WS-FTP. I wonder if it will work on Win 10/11.
If not, I'll have to find a replacement won't I.

(Or I can be grumpy about it.)

I won't say what you all are who don't understand my original simple comment. The management wants this all to be civil. Since calling ME "weak brained" passed inspection several times,---I am free to call anybody not understanding that I know I have old browsers--the same. BUT THE OLD BROWSER ACCESSED EVERYTHING ON UHH UNTIL A WEEK AGO. Now only my updating browser called MYPAL is the only one of my five which can see right off the in line photos and the lineup of icons. Got it. Yes, my Mozilla Firefox--SeaMonkey, Opera, and UC Browsers are not updating. They read sites fine which do not have special merchandising security or special video condecs. Yes I got that. I don't need you all to inform me of that. The fact remains that changes have been made to the programing behind the UHH site. And the wise-acre who is the programmer---tell us what they did---if you can???-------- (And the remark---I have some DOS programs from the eighties and nineties---WAS UNCALLED FOR!---------
