I think the question is more along the lines of how they were put in the frame, not that you don't know how. Clearly, the quality of the prints was good enough that you wanted to frame them. If, somehow, the paper they used, or the ink caused something to "slump," that might be a quality issue, but, based on what you've described, I don't see how you can blame Bay Photo for what you've experienced. Maybe there are more details that we don't understand.

I guess you didn't read or understand my reply, over 10 years of doing the same exact thing, the same exact frames and ONLY these last prints are a problem.

Seriously? After 10 years of doing the same thing, using the same frames suddenly I don't know how to put a photo in a frame? And the 100 plus images before this batch are fine so something changed on their end this time. That's exactly why I CAN blame Bay Photo...

In our local photography club we have many galleries throughout our community. When members hang prints on their mats before putting them in the frame, the prints that eventually “slump, or pucker up” do so because they’ve taped their print on all sides to the mat, as opposed to just tape the print at the top. You didn’t describe how you attached the print so I don’t know if that’s your issue. Another possibility could be the actual thickness of the print paper itself. We have members who have difficulty hanging large prints that they’ve ordered from Costco, for example, because Costco uses thinner print paper than Bay Photo or MPIX, for example. Maybe Bay Photo used thinner paper for your most recent order?
I’ll look through my notes and see if I can dig up the contact info for the Marketing director (from my tour at Bay Photo) and pass it on to you if I find it. Might be worth a call to him.
BTW, I wasn’t attacking you. No need to be so defensive.

I read it, and even stated "maybe there are details we don't understand." My point was, that any competent person wouldn't blame the printer for something that had NOTHING to do with the printing (putting it in a frame, which YOU did, not them). Again, maybe there is some detail that you think is obvious, but isn't.
