This year's Christmas project started out as two 8.5x11 pieces of birch plywood per child. The results were pretty impressive!

Good historical picture. My husband has stories of visiting villages like this when he was in Thailand in the early '70s.

They don’t live in this house but are beginning some preservation/restoration things. They decorated it for Christmas for a family gathering on Christmas night. It’s a very interesting place with a lot of history attached to it.

Excellent set! Is the house being restored as an eventual residence or is it going to be a museum? In any case preserving these old homes is preserving history!

There is a FB group "Friday Night Photoshop" and every Friday night the instructor goes over some aspect of PS - a program I have but find not very intuitive. (the group is public but you have to ask to join and the sessions are free - there are options to record, or view prior classes/topics "on demand")
