I have found Phil Steele’s educational videos very helpful. They are reasonably priced.

What I use, is Adobe.com. The courses are free, and they are from the source. Each lesson is very easy to learn and the instruction is comprehensive. At Adobe, you are not paying for some instructor trying to teach you his or her preferred method. It is totally free.

Seriously consider all free training content before paying a penny for video-based training. The Adobe training from Adobe.com is a mix of 'free' with subscription and 'free' with simply creating a user account on their website. The utube content simply has the chore of watching advertising until you can click <skip>. There's more free content than you can watch in a lifetime as it is always growing.
