Beautifully done, Mike. The downloads are fabulous. The patterns and colors of the water are awesome, especially #2 & 10.
Great shots - we call them Redheads in coastal TX.
Nice series of images, Mike. Next time you take a walk around the lake, DUCK!

Just before we left to visit the grandchildren, I went to our local lake to check on migration. The attached set is composed of shots of visitors to our lake.
I have numbered the shots and would appreciate identification (or correction of identification) of the various birds.
As always, comments and suggestions are welcome.

I like them all. You are becoming quite the birder Mike!
#3-5 are correctly identified as Redheads.
#7 indeed appears to be a non-breeding female Pied-billed Grebe.
Based on the cap on top of its head, #9 is a Lesser Scaup commonly known as a bluebill. The Greater Scaup has a more rounded head.
I too really like the metallic water reflections in shots #2 and #10 and your first Redhead shot is exceptional. Well done.

Very nice Mike, the light was shining on these Mallards.
Thanks, Jim, I dropped by in the middle of the day, so light was not a problem.
