Going into the hospital?

I retired from nursing 2 years ago, I was certified in critical care and radiologic nursing. Two weeks ago I got a offer of a bonus of $75,000 to sign on to work at a hospital not too far form my home. The offer went right into the recycling bin and didn't even get into the house.
Health care has changed so much since I graduated from nursing school in 74. In the beginning the focus was on patient care but over the years big business has taken over and it is all about the money now.
