Nice quixdraw, I'm a strong believer in no snow

Thanks, though it bothers me much less since retirement.

Weather forecasters. We rely on them so much. Amazing that someone can be wrong 50% of the time and still keep their job.

My Uncle served in Air Weather Recon during or just after WWII. His comments on forecasting were a hoot.

Better than a forecast of no snow!!!
I would crop about an inch off the top of the pano.

Thanks, for sure. Appreciate the suggestion will give it a try. A three shot stitch.

I keep extra clothing in my car whenever I go out since I can't trust the forecast.

Extra clothing, Space blanket, 2# Coffee can survival kit, plus a big bag of traction grit. Doesn't cost a dime to be prepared. You do have to buy the grit and replace it when used.

Really like your mountain/sky pano! Must admit I spent a week in Cheyenne one night because of the weather!

Thanks very much! Years ago I had a guy who worked for me out on the road in snow country. He called me one morning to say he wouldn't be going to work. The snow had drifted up to his second floor motel room window and his car was underneath. Can't recall how long he was there.

Inevitable we'll get hit. So far, so good, supposed to be 71° today and 66° tomorrow. The wind is strong enough to make it an interesting photography day.

Weather has always been difficult to predict. Always nice to avoid bad winter weather. What is that great Montana metropolis you photographed in #1 ???

Thanks for looking and commenting. An excellent hospital and the reason for my trip. There for a routine test to guide treatment of a minor issue. Great folks!
