Did you considered talking with him? Perhaps asking him if you could make a respectful image of him? In other words connect with him as human being and not as a "loser" to record as a "slice of life" Maybe even offer him a bit of money, if you had it on hand, for a cup of coffee (or whatever he wanted). Or is this idea of connecting with a fellow human being too dangerous to do in the Apple that is Big.
