I didn’t mention it initially because I’ve confirmed that it was off before posting. Since it’s off, what would be the solution?

On your phone or another computer that never had a VPN on. It's tricky I stopped using vpns on my main computer as Amazon is very tricky with vpns

If he can access it using Firefox but not chrome of safari, B&H is not blocking it. If they were he wouldn't be able to access it with Firefox either.

I had that problem with Ticketmaster. It resolved when I turned my VPN off. If that didn't work, call B&H and ask them. They have a tech department who I am sure would be happy to help.
