I can’t access B&H website using my iMac, iPad or iPhone. The message appears stating that it appears that I am using automation tools to access the website which to my knowledge I am not. This started happening about a week ago but I was able to access the website after holding cursor on the verification bar. Now I can’t access at all. I have no issues with any other website. Any clues?

Just jumped in from my desktop - haven't been in for a week or two (possibly more), and it looks as if they did a major site update. That may be causing your issue.

No problem from my MacBook Pro.
If you're using Safari, you could try clearing your cache: History --> Clear History and see if that helps.
Or try a different browser.

Switch to Windows. I just navigated to B&H successfully.

I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome and cleared history but no luck.

Try loading via Chrome. Safari is too fiddly for me.

I just tried from my Mac Book Pro and had no issues....do you use anything like VPN (Virtual Private Network)...if so, that may be the cause.

That’s what I thought initially but my VPN is not on.

I had a problem with a an app I use not loading the videos through Safari. I even tried changing the search engine that Safari uses to no avail. I contacted the app and they suggested a different browser. Chrome didn't work either but Firefox did so I've now downloaded Firefox so I will be able to use the app.

Try contacting B&H and see if they have had any one else with the same problem. Maybe they have a solution.

Good luck!

Many possibilities....

Under certain conditions I can find out what IP address an 'unfriendly' is using to access my website.
I then do a WHOIS for that IP address.
Then, depending on who/what, I can block access for either that one IP address or the range for the ISP involved.

Maybe your ISP got flagged?
Are you going through your ISP (via WIFI & router) or the phone company (ie. 4G)?

I agree with contacting B&H as it appears to be their site blocking you.

Thank you. That gave me a clue. It only seems to happen if using a Wi-Fi from FIOS. I’ve turned off the WiFi on my iPhone and was able to access B&H. Then, I’ve turned on WiFI and cellular off and was still able to access the website. So the issue on my iPhone was resolved by temporarily turning off the Wi-Fi. However, the issue still remains on iMac and iPad who both only use Wi-Fi.

Sometimes my router hiccups. Computer A cannot access computer B.
I have "reset" the router by unplugging it, counting to ten, then plugging it back in. Sometimes restarting computer B fixes it also...
While I have no root cause, I have a fix. Still annoying.
Beginning to wonder if the cause may be computer B going to sleep... and it wakes up groggy.
(My router goes through Comcast.)

Won’t help from your computer, but free phone app works fine. That’s how I do my orders.
