I just sold them my Fuji X-H1 and battery grip for the quoted price and they paid me an extra $28 for the 2 batteries the grip, which I did not expect.

It is really interesting how much positive sentiment a token $28 payment for the value of 2 batteries can make. That's the kind of treatment I like "expect" from my vendors.Nice to know,

They always gave me the quoted price every time I sold them something.

Yes, they are definitely a 👍👍👍 organization.
EXCELLENT COMPANY. I recently sent two Fuji cameras to their branch in Germany for sale. I had described them as in “excellent” condition but MPB would have none of my false modesty and upgraded both to “as new”.

That’s been my experience too. They never low ball and always give you the quoted price. I’ve had very different experiences with Adorama and have stopped even asking for a quote from them.
I have never sold anything to MPB but I have bought lenses from them. They were exactly as described if not better and the prices were more than acceptable to me.
Incidentally, their customer service is top notch.
Have bought and sold numerous times from mpb.com in the US. They are top notch, true to their quote and conservatively rate what they sell. Last week I ordered a Fuji X-T30 and lens at 4pm and it arrived 350 miles away by noon the following day. Customer service is also exemplary.î

My experience with mpb is the same. Not so much with KEH. Anything I've ever sold to them they have paid less than quoted.

I never ended selling my D810 but, they offered me over double what B&H or Nikon did. They are fair in their pricing in my opinion.
I'm really glad to hear this. I had never heard of them, but just purchased a Nikon 85 f 1.4 d. It was about 200 less than at b & h and other places, and was described as like new. I was quite nervous about it but they offer a one-week trial. I'm waiting for it to arrive and I'm really glad to hear all these positive reports. Maybe I did get a killer deal on a good lens.
For buying or selling, I go to them First. Very classy organization. They have always paid me the quoted amount or something higher than the quote. Superior service much better than I have experienced at KEH.
