Thanks for your comments. I am not sure but I would guess over a year. I think if he was two years it would be bigger.

Nice Dennis. No bulls? Must be at least one around, I see babies :-} Did you get your deer?

I did see one bull but his antlers were only as wide as his ears. He needs about 5 years to grow up. He was also just off the main road. The photos I submitted were all taken in the Salmon National Forest or BLM land.
Nope, no deer this year. The only legal buck I saw was my first day of hunting. He is in the group of deer photos I submitted behind a Bush. I thought he was a buck with spike antlers but wasn’t positive enough to shoot. You can clearly see the two spikes. I did not see them then. He would have eaten good.
Thanks for looking and your usually fine comments.

I appreciate the two thumbs up. Thanks for taking a look.

Take all the pctures you want, just don't hit 'em with your car. Nice wildlife.

Nice captures of these amazing animals.
They seem to be expanding their range here in WY, and see them often where we didn't 10 years ago.

Good set. They're getting so thick here in CO that sometimes you have to run 'em off just to get a good clear landscape, after you've shot them, of course.
"Fish and Game" released a few breeding pairs in north central Colorado around Walden back in the early '90s and the count is now up around 2,500 and spreading throughout the state as well as up into Wyoming, especially around The Snowy Range, about 30 miles southwest of Laramie. We're even getting some walking around in the Denver suburbs.
