It's a chopper the red end is a handle. My grandmother used one to chop walnuts. If I remember right it came with a bowl kind of like a mortar and pestle

Yes. Inherited one from my father. Wooden bowl and Chopper, although the handle is hatural wood color.

My wife picked this up decades ago at a garage sale for a quarter. Had no idea what it was, it just looked unusual. Does anyone know what it is, or was used for?

My grandmother had one just like this one. I used it for chopping walnuts in a round bottom wooden bowl.

Radish cutter?

It's 6" long total. The red wood handle is 2 1/2". The bottom of the blades are 3" wide each.
