Nice country. Someday I hope to visit there.

What's really nice is that as you proceed across the state in either direction there are great changes in the landscape. IMO, Most dramatic Westbound.

Smoke varies from day to day here. This was a pretty good day. In the past weather has moved through fast, no mountains or big bodies of water to the East. This year that wave heat just sat on us, the smoke as well. There are so many fires in the West, there is going to be smoke. S/B less as the temps drop, and the fires are controlled or run out of fuel.

I agree with Cany143 about the Yeller Truck, as those are one of my favorite body styles. Maybe you could stitch the back half to the front or...go wild and make a Yeller Limo Truck out of it.

Thanks! I occasionally include the truck in a landscape, or use it for a test shot of some type. Right now, it is in the midst of a complete rehab - a little transmission work, a paint job and a new radio then done. I never thought of a photo manipulation - that could be fun.

That's not what they call it, an enormous cemetery for a tiny town. On a hill, popular in the day because of cell phone coverage, at night with the younger set for amorous purposes. A pair of stitch Panos from a high point, and my loyal old Pickup in its element. D3 etc. as usual.

nice scenes and cool truck, quix, even if just half of it.

... nice job ... I noticed a large bird in #1 ... close to the left edge, about 50' off the ground and close the the cabin ... is it an eagle?
