This fellow was sitting outside my window on top of a feeder. The blue jays were making bomb runs on him. Not sure if he is a Merlin falcon or Cooper's hawk. By the size I think it is a hawk. The photo was shot thru a window and screen with a Sony RX 100VII. I was surprised that the screen was not visible in the photo, at least not to me.

Great catch 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

I & the neighbor have bird feeders out. One day I here all sorts of commotion. Same thing but, Not just Bluejays. Crows &, European Starlings joining in. Pestered it until it moved a yard or two over & kept it up until it left. Nice photo.

It is a bird at the bird feeder - possibly not what the home owner expected!

That is a very clever response to the original question. I can relate to that. That Studebaker Hawk still looks beautiful today.

Not only is it a Studebaker Hawk, Jerry, but Studebaker Golden Hawk.

Great shot.

First look indicates a probable immature Coopers Hawk but without seeing the tail tip (which should be a wide white band with rounded end) there is a slight possibility of a Sharp-shinned Hawk (small white band with squared end).

Har, har! That's great. My fave ride of all time is the Goldie 289 with a Paxton blower. (Pathetic try, Ford.)
