It’s a flawed attempt to create an equivalency between the two idea where there isn’t one.
Every State but Nebraska has voter ID requirements (mandates). When that’s true for vaccination proof or mask mandates, then come back and argue your point.

You comment seems to insinuate that it is not possible to fraudulently obtain a vaccination card. So shouldn't states accept vaccination cards as valid ID cards?
